1. What we store

We store only what is needed to provide the service: username, device data (MAC, model), configured playlists and, if you provide them, contact details (email, phone) for renewal notices.

2. How we use it

To activate and maintain your service, notify you before expiry and provide support. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

3. How long

While your service is active. If cancelled, data is deleted within a reasonable period.

4. Security

Panel access is protected with passwords, anti-bot protections and access logs.
